Green Tower is definitely the Holding’s flagship. Located in Prague 3, this project – designed by akad. ing. Karel Albrecht, the former city architect of Hradec Králové and an expert recognized throughout the country and beyond – is a 12-storey building with 90 luxury apartments, terraces, greenery and many green technologies. Currently, BICZ owns the land and is working hard on the design work and associated paperwork.
