This 20-storey apartment building is the tallest building in Teplice. The building, nicknamed the “God’s Finger”, was built in the 1960s and 1970s as part of the Šanov II housing estate. The proceeds of the property are provided by the rental of housing units as well as the rental of antennas and transmitters on the roof. An extensive reconstruction of the first three floors has currently begun and will proceed to the next floors. Finally, all apartments will be revitalized, including common areas and the surroundings of the building. The building is under the constant care of a professional administrator.
