This 20-storey apartment building is the tallest in the city of Teplice. Nicknamed God’s Finger, the structure was built in the 1960s and 1970s as part of the Šanov II housing estate. The proceeds of the property are provided by renting housing units as well as renting antennas and transmitters on the roof. Extensive renovation of the first three storeys has now begun and will continue to include the other floors. Finally, all of the apartments, common areas, and the surroundings of the building will be revitalised. A professional caretaker looks after the property.
