This luxury residential project in Prague’s Michle district combines modern architecture with the advantages of city life and the tranquility of nature. It will offer comfortable living in apartments with well-designed layouts, set in green surroundings with excellent access to the center of Prague. The project will be implemented in two phases. The first phase, which began in September 2024, will see the construction of a modern apartment building with 16 units of various layouts, ranging from 1+kk to spacious 4+kk. The completion date is scheduled for March 2026, with the apartments to be handed over in September 2026.

The second phase, which will begin in 2025, will include the construction of another apartment building and family houses, creating a harmonious residential complex that will meet the needs of various clients.
The BICZ Group is implementing this project as part of a strategic partnership with C&S Developia. The sale of apartments has already begun through the renowned real estate agency Svoboda & Williams.
