The brand of BICZ is synonymous with a successful company operating in the field of investment in income property. Our focus is mainly on residential properties in regions. We seek out attractive facilities, renovate them or build new ones and ensure long-term leases or tenancies, thus bringing steady profits to financial partners.

The entire Group, headed by BICZ a.s. as the parent company, is based on purely Czech capital and brings together more than 50 companies. It currently owns over 30 thousand square metres of leased/rented areas in 18 properties. We are working on the construction of 400 new flats; the total assets of the Group exceed 2 billion CZK (as of 30. 06. 2022). To ensure financial stability, fully occupied, income-generating properties prevail over property development projects in BICZ’s portfolio.
