This 20-storey apartment building is the tallest house in the city of Teplice. Nicknamed God’s Finger, the structure was built in the 1960s and 1970s as part of the Šanov II housing estate. The proceeds of the property are provided by renting housing units as well as renting antennas and transmitters on the roof. Extensive reconstruction of all storeys, including wiring, corridors and stairways, has begun. One of the region’s iconic buildings.
