Purchased several years ago, the residential building will undergo a challenging stage of renovation to serve as luxury rental housing primarily for doctors of the Municipal Hospital in Dvůr Králové. The hospital has long suffered from a shortage of physicians who have been moving to the University Hospital in Hradec Králové. By providing adequate housing for its medical staff on top of their salaries, the Dvůr Králové Hospital will help the region retain quality physicians. We are happy to contribute!
